We're a pretty small operation here at Night Owl Storage. When you call us with a question or concern, you'll be talking to one of our team members right here in the office. Not a call center somewhere overseas, someone right here at our Davison location!

And if you're unable to reach us you'll talk to Numa, our Virtual Answering Assistant, that will answer commonly asked questions and will relay your messages to us. As always, we try to put you, the customer, first!
