When you store your property with Night Owl Storage you can rest assured that we will treat your items with the utmost care. No matter what you store with us, our units are designed to protect your items. However, even the most secure and well-built structures can be damaged by a catastrophe. As an added option to protect your valuables, we have partnered with Property First Group LP and its exclusive insurance program Bader Insurance, a leading self-storage contents insurance provider.

Bader Insurance = Extra Protection

The Bader Insurance Program is committed to providing an easy contents insurance solution with great coverage and affordable premiums. If you choose the Bader Insurance option, in most states you may be able to purchase up to $5,000 of coverage per storage space. See your store manager for available options. What levels of coverage are available under the Bader Tenant Insurance Program?

Three levels of coverage limits are offered under the Program: $2,000, $3,000 or $5,000. Monthly premiums are $15, $22 or $37, depending on the policy limit you choose.

When does my coverage start? When does coverage expire?

Coverage begins when you complete and sign the Enrollment Form and pay the first month’s premium. Coverage ends when your rental agreement terminates or on the date specified in any notice you may receive for failure to pay your monthly premium.

If I’m insured under the Program, how do I file a claim if I suffer a covered loss?

All claims for losses should be directed to the Program administrator, Property First Group LP, by calling 1-888-545-7433. You also may submit a claim through storsmart’s website, www.baderco.com.
